Lee is a licensed Architect in the state of Missouri with approximately 17 years of experience within the field of architecture. He has been involved in all aspects of design and construction.

Innovative problem solvers often combine many qualities and approaches to challenges with fresh perspectives, leading to breakthroughs and creative solutions. Cultivated through practice, experience, and a willingness to embrace change and experimentation. Architectural practice is simply that, a willingness to embrace change through experimentation. Continually wanting to do better I strive to be my clients creative solution to their complex building challenges. Taking on a complex set of project variables and orchestrating the most creative solution through practice, experience, and a willingness to embrace change.

My diverse project experience over the years has created a well rounded and balanced problem solver. Whether the design challenge is a small tenant fit-out or a multi-million dollar state of the art manufacturing facility I operate with a willingness to embrace change through innovation. Working for a diverse set of clients in market sectors that include, advanced manufacturing, federal design, healthcare, hospitality, distribution, and many more has allowed me to better understand the complex building economy and what key principles drive its growth.

In addition to always trying to better myself through my clients, I also strive to better my community. I am huge advocate for community development. Over the years I have worked to share my skill set with local organizations such as Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity. Leading with generosity and an open mind fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity, ultimately driving positive change and innovation in both individuals and organizations
